Where are your products manufactured?

Our handcrafted products are designed in our workshops based in Morocco, where we ensure high quality standards are maintained. They are then packaged and shipped from France.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, our products are environmentally friendly. We use natural and sustainable materials.

How to use LUMYO products?

Before first use, wash the products in lukewarm water by hand.

STEP 1

Take a warm shower or bath for 5 to 10 minutes to soften your skin.

Wet your product, squeeze out excess water. Never use it dry. Do not stay under water during exfoliation.

STEP 2

The glove

  • Using broad, circular, up-and-down motions, rub your skin vigorously.

The back rub

  • Hold the handles firmly. Rub the skin on your back vigorously using left to right movements.

The face accessory

To exfoliate

  • Scrub your face with the exfoliating side using circular motions.

To remove makeup

  • Move the elastic band to the other side of the product then remove your makeup with your favorite product or with lukewarm water using the sponge side.

Exfoliation may cause slight redness due to stimulation of blood circulation.

However, they should never be used on irritated, burned skin, wounds, skin inflammation, eczema, or psoriasis.

STEP 3

  • After exfoliation, rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Dry yourself and apply your moisturizer or a nourishing product.

How to clean your products?

After each use, use lukewarm water - and a mild soap for the facial accessory - then let your products air dry. Never machine dry them.

The lifespan of our exfoliation accessories depends on their maintenance and frequency of use. By following the maintenance instructions, their lifespan is between 8 and 9 months.

Is exfoliation painful?

Exfoliation with our products should not be painful if the products are used correctly. Please note, exfoliation may cause slight redness due to the stimulation of blood circulation.

What parts of the body should I not rub vigorously?

Here are the parts you need to pay attention to:

Face, armpits, chest, between fingers, inner thighs, pubic area.

What parts of the body should absolutely not be exfoliated?

Genitals and nipples.

Is it normal to not see my skin rolling?

Yes, the amount of skin that rolls during exfoliation can vary from person to person. Exfoliation is effective even if peeling is not visible.

How long will it take to see results?

From the first use of your exfoliation products, you will notice instantly softer and brighter skin. With continued regular use, you can expect a significant improvement in the overall appearance of your skin.
