Exfoliate once or twice a week for optimal results.

• Wet your back and the back rub with lukewarm water. Never use dry.
• Holding the handles of the back scrubber firmly, rub the skin on your back using left to right movements.
• After exfoliating, rinse your back thoroughly with lukewarm water.
• Dry yourself with a towel.
• Finish by applying your moisturizer or a nourishing product.
  

After each use, clean the back scrubber with lukewarm water and then let it air dry.

Never machine dry.
